Be careful what you say…

In the motor industry, we know it’s not a good idea to fall out with someone, because, whilst your ways may go in different directions, you never know when your paths will cross again! ?More importantly, the next time your paths do cross, that person might be very important to you or your career! You certainly wouldn’t want to go on record saying derogatory things about someone who in the future becomes vital to your role.

Bearing in mind this is known and discussed often in industry, you would think it would be well-known and respected in politics and diplomacy? It’s certainly a really good way to make you eat your words and be well and truly on the back foot!

So, my advice is, think before you say too much, especially on social media!
