A catalogue of errors....

We all suffer setbacks, problems, mistakes, accidents, but, when they become compounded with a series of connected errors, that is when disaster strikes. Little isolated mistakes on their own are usually easy to rectify, but when they all occur in conjunction with each other, even just very basic errors can become catastrophic, and totally unintentional.

There are plenty of disasters that were easily avoidable, if only everything had gone to plan - but as history has proven, things don’t always work out that way.

We are not perfect, life would be so much easier if we all were!?We make and set rules and standards to try and ensure we don’t get things wrong. We try to?learn from every experience, but, as we know, one thing leads to another, and before you know it, the situation is so far away from anything that was planned for, it becomes out of control – Crazy really when you think it was caused by the inadequacies of the same human race that have achieved incredible things like putting people on the moon, etc and making modern living so much better than in the past!

No one sets out to get it wrong, we try our best, but unfortunately we are not perfect, and it’s only when a catalogue of mistakes compound each other that we suffer a disaster.???????
