Covid, Chips, Boats, Bombs, now Gas!

Nearly 3 years’ ago the world was bobbing along nicely, nobody could have seen what was coming.

Now I hear car production is in danger over the winter, due to the energy crisis and restricted gas supply. Just when we thought things were going to improve, another previously never-considered problem, is going to further delay a return to what used to be normal.

No one could have imagined, never mind predicted, the last 3 years, but it just goes to show, you never know what the future has in store for us.

The modern world, full of technology, has made life easier, and we live for today, but not in history, when planning ahead was vital to survive. It looks like, even if we have no idea what’s coming our way, we should all learn a very important life lesson - plan for the worst, hope for the best, and always keep something aside for a rainy day - because at the moment it’s pouring it down!!
