Robert Craig Winery and Coravin

Situated at 2,300-feet on the summit of Howell Mountain, Robert Craig Winery is a small lot winery producing amazing reds and whites in a breathtaking setting. We had a chance to visit the winery this summer to connect with Scott Johnson, Estate and Membership Manager, and learn how Coravin fits into their business. Of course, wine was poured.

There are two main callouts here: quality control and improved guest experience. Coravin enables Scott and his colleagues to sample wine from bottles before they are shipped out or are poured in a tasting experience. With Coravin, they can also share single-barrel wines with guests – allowing them to try wines that they wouldn't be able to find in the market. This creates a really unique experience and opens the cellar up for exploration.
