Roaring Industrial Revolution!
Roaring Industrial Revolution! (We must move with time)
The fourth industrial revolution is around the corner and It's going to change everything i.e. from how we work to what we do for fun. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is about the rise of technology – this time revolution won’t be restricted to production rather this will infest all aspects of our lives, economies, societies, and the world. A brief look around us will reveal that it's already happening—and it's changing everything from transportation to logistics and even health care.
That said if we want to make sure that we and our business survive this transformation and maintain an upward trajectory in upcoming challenging times then staying ahead would be imperative. This is especially true for those who don't have the time or resources to learn new skills or figure out how to adapt quickly to a changing economy and job market.
I firmly believe that so far we have not grasped the desired understanding and possible impacts of these technological trends.
In this article, we'll try to explore and develop an understanding of this roaring revolution so that whatever happens next won't leave us stranded.
What is the Fourth Industrial Revolution?
Before moving forward, let’s get familiar with the term “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a term used to describe the next big change in our lives, world, and economy.
The first three industrial revolutions involved the introduction of new technologies and processes that created new, disruptive industries.
Now, the fourth industrial revolution will be driven by artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, automation, and digitization. These four drivers will transform our society over the next few decades as they impact many fields including manufacturing, retailing, and transportation.
So, whether you are tech-savvy or far away from technology, doing a simple 9-5 job, the fourth industrial revolution will sooner or later have a significant impact on your work e.g. internet, energy and biotechnology will increase the world’s manufacturing, industrial and social development. ?
Thus, it’s better to prepare for this new upcoming guest “Fourth Industrial Revolution”.
How fourth Industrial Revolution Will Bring Change?
The following are the key dominating elements that will play a major role in the fourth industrial revolution.
1.???Social Media will drive and dominate our Lives
Social media will dominate our lives; from the way, we work to the way we play and live. It will become more important than ever, with everyone using it for everything from job-hunting to grocery shopping.
Social media has already been used in some industries like food delivery or health care (think doctor appointments), but it's about to take over much of the world as well. Many experts think that social media will soon replace the traditional government-run infrastructure altogether — one where citizens can go online whenever they need help or information from their local government officials (or whomever they vote into office).
2.???The 'Gig Economy' Will Be More Important Than Ever
The gig economy is the future. It’s a new way of working that allows you to find your passion and earn extra money. The gig economy is flexible can help you build a career that suits your lifestyle.
You no longer have to be tied down by one employer or one job title; instead, you can explore different opportunities while still earning a steady income through many different platforms like Uber Eats or TaskRabbit. Even digital freelancing is also one of its popular types that requires only a skillset and internet connectivity to start.
3.???The Rise of Drones, Self-Driving Cars & More Robots
You might have neglected drones, automated cars, and robot concepts. But now, it's happening. The world is going towards a new dimension where in coming years we will see the rise of drones, self-driving cars, and robots.
Currently, the use of drones for commercial purposes is on the rise. Drones can be used for things like surveillance, package delivery, and crop monitoring. They are also helping with search-and-rescue missions in some areas. Thus, this revolutionary tech gadget is offering several benefits to mankind.
Moreover, self-driving cars have been around for decades but have become more popular lately due to advances in technology that allow them to drive autonomously without any human intervention. Researchers predict that these types of cars will be incredibly important in our society within a few years because they'll help reduce traffic congestion and improve safety by eliminating human error in driving situations.
4.???Smart Cities & Homes
Smart cities and homes are the next steps in the evolution of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As we've already seen, smart cities will be more efficient and environmentally friendly, while smart homes will be safer, more secure, and more comfortable.
Smart cities will be able to collect data about traffic patterns, energy usage, crime rates, and other factors that impact how people move around a city.
This information can then be used for planning purposes—for example: making sure that roads are clear during rush hour or directing police officers where they should focus their efforts based on certain crimes being committed at different times of day within certain neighborhoods or areas within a city.
In addition to helping planners better manage urban environments without relying on manual methods like stoplights (which create congestion), these systems could also help with parking issues such as finding spaces near shopping centers so customers don't have far to walk when they want something from those retail establishments!
5.???AI, IoT & Blockchains Are the Most Disruptive Technologies
AI, IoT, and blockchain are considered the most disruptive technologies. These three tech partners are used in different ways.?In future,
·????????AI will be used in many different ways, including for healthcare, education, and social media.
·????????IoT will be used in many different ways, including for agriculture and manufacturing.
·????????Blockchains will be used in many different ways as well—for example, they could help streamline supply chains or make it easier to verify who owns what property or data (think about how blockchain technology could revolutionize voting systems).

These technologies have a huge impact on society because they can change how we interact with each other; they allow us to make decisions based on data rather than instinct alone; they create new opportunities for innovation across industries; they give people more control over their lives through automation processes that were previously unavailable due to cost constraints or lack thereof.
Impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Companies that don't use AI and related technologies will be at risk for:
·????????Losing market share
·????????Losing customers
·????????Lost revenue
The industrial revolution has transformed the world in ways we've never seen before. It's up to businesses to prepare themselves for the changes ahead and make sure they stay ahead of their competitors by remaining relevant, innovative, and competitive in this new era of innovation.
Big data, robotics, and other technological advancements will have a significant and disruptive impact on the job sector. Part-time employment, seasonal work, self-employment, and temporary labor are becoming more prevalent globally in the wake of the financial crisis. Robotics and digitalization could have an impact on employment, which would have an impact on labor income.
Will I lose my job to technology, or will my job change?
The answer to this question coming to my head is "it depends." The reality is that your job could change in of several different ways, and you might not even be aware of how it's going to happen.
If you work with computers or other technology, then there are probably going to be some major changes coming your way—and if those changes affect you negatively, they can be devastating.
On the other hand, if your work involves something like accounting or marketing (both areas where automation has already taken over), things may stay pretty much the same for a while longer.
How will it impact the job market?
As the fourth industrial revolution continues to unfold, new jobs will emerge and old ones will disappear. The good news is that you can prepare for any job you want—whether it's in the present or past.
If you're looking for work now, there are lots of options: You could learn how to code or build robots; become an entrepreneur who runs a business from home, or maybe even become part of big data collection efforts like Amazon Echo and Google Home devices!
Prepare Yourself for The Upcoming Industrial Revolution
Preparing yourself for the biggest changes is crucial to avoid any loss of opportunity now and in the future. We just need to prepare ourselves for this upcoming industrial revolution by opting for either or all of the following:
1.???Create or work for a start-up.
Start-ups are the future of work. You may be surprised to learn that start-ups are not just for techies, coders, and engineers anymore. As more people gravitate towards the digital economy, there's a growing demand for those who can help companies navigate their way through this new world order—and do so with speed and agility.
Startups have become a gateway for many young professionals looking for opportunities outside traditional industries or markets (think: Uber).
The skillset necessary to succeed in this environment requires us to have an entrepreneurial mindset: we need both personal drive and proficiency at problem-solving; if you don't have both yet then it's time for some self-reflection—but don't worry because there are plenty of ways you can get started on learning!
2.???Become an entrepreneur
If you're thinking about becoming an entrepreneur, here are some points to consider:
·????????You'll need to be prepared for hard work and sacrifice. Entrepreneurship is a young person's game—you can't expect the same level of success as those who have been working in their field for years. But if you're willing to put in the effort, there's no reason why your business shouldn't succeed!
·????????Entrepreneurship isn't for everyone. If you're not ready or willing to take on this challenge, then perhaps it would be best not to start one at all—but if that doesn't sound like something that interests you at all then don't worry: plenty of other companies use technology innovation as part of their strategy!
3.?????Gain a Basic Understanding of Coding Concepts
Coding is a skill that will be in demand. It's not just for the technology-savvy, though—almost anyone can learn how to code and use it for their career and personal interests.
Coding is a great way to learn logic, problem-solving skills, creativity, and more! Coding also gives you the opportunity to work with others on projects together while they're learning at the same time.
Conclusion!
Industrial Revolution is in front of us whether we like it or not. It's going to mean new jobs, new skills, and new things that have not been imagined by mankind as yet. Unfortunately, Govt. in this part of the world has not taken concrete steps to support technology/product developments but the good news is that there are things we can do now to prepare ourselves for this brave new world of work.
For example, learning how to code will open doors for many people who may not have opportunities otherwise (like those without degrees). And if you're worried about losing your job due to technology replacing humans entirely, then try getting a mentor who can help guide your career path through these changes!
To properly confront or adapt to technological challenges, one must focus on education and reeducation because economic distribution is influenced and low-income groups are most severely affected.
Good luck!
