Roadtechs Group| Taking time out to celebrate the start to 2018 and reflect on what’s important
Last week the whole Roadtechs Group took a day out to spend time together to celebrate our achievements both at company and individual levels and at the same time reflect on what’s important.
We welcomed guest speaker, Paul Mahoney, and through telling his story “Man v Machine” he provided an important reminder to everyone that whilst Roadtechs have achieved a fantastic 300,000 hours incident free health and safety record it only takes a minute/miss communication for something to happen and we must not become complacent.
With the whole company in attendance we had employees from our Contracting teams, Fabricators, Material manufacturers, Mobile fitters, Head office functions, Regional managers and Directors present to hear business update presentations from across the group.
Group Managing Director, Daniel Pitcher commented; “ The whole day was time well spent, just seeing colleagues integrate and spend valuable time together made it a great success. Our guest speaker Paul Mahoney was terrific and spoke with real passion for improving safety”.
The day was rounded off with the presentation of long service awards to 12 members of staff by Group Chairman, Stuart Lilley.
Pictured below receiving their awards are Lorraine Houston, our Office and Depot Manager for the South and Tim Moulton, our Production Foreman based at Head Office in Topcroft.
