Why we write about it??Charging electric vehicles while driving currently revolves around three main types of technology: catenaries, conductive rail and induction. These technologies make it possible to reduce battery size and greatly limit the number of charging points. They could also mean a significant decrease in the environmental footprint of electric mobility. But the success of the implementation of these technologies largely depends on political incentives and will have to be done at a continental level to guarantee the infrastructure’s interoperability.
