The Road to UNIGOAL.

The startup world might appear buttoned-down from the outside - but in reality, it's a lot more interesting than you might realize. Many entrepreneurial teams are known for having colorful characters, both at work and in their individual personal lives. One such startup journey is of Bhopal based?“SYGNIFIC CAREERS” which aims at enduring and enhancing the student’s experience with college searches.

So this all started on 2nd August 2017, When 5 people started to work on a project, so engaging, that now it has been incorporated under companies Act.?

The journey started with the intentions of Raghav bangard and Dr. Sachin Rasal, which later added 3 more people in its initial phase only, those people were Anuj, Kritika and Keshav who promised their time and came forward to work consistently and tirelessly to turn the dreams and aspirations into reality.?

One more person who worked with the company from day one was Archee bangard, she has been that one and only person who never said ‘NO’ to any work and worked effortlessly to convert the thoughts into actions through utmost allegiance, hardwork and staunchness.

The company started with only 5 people but now it works with a thundering workforce of 85 people, out of which 25 are full time employees at Sygnific Careers and 60 virtual employees and trainees.

Sygnific Careers has a great repute for being one of those startups which did not stop working on its goals even when COVID struck?India harsher than anyone could possibly imagine. It shook the country and mankind as a whole. Many settled and profitable businesses stopped their operations, and also a lot of startups crashed due to lack of finance, but in those tough and challenging times too, Sygnific Careers did not seize its operations and neither fire any of its employees, since the company valued its employees and did not betray them in those trying times, which was the most vital element due to which the company still has those loyal employees working with the company till date and share an emotional connect with the company. The salaries were paid on time, though there were certain decisions over deductions which were agreed by the employees as well, company did not ever stop crediting the salaries of its employees on time. Rather, it went on for mass hiring spree in those crucial times when people needed more and more finance to survive.?

Sygnific Careers success story doesn’t follow the conventional narrative. The road to entrepreneurial fame and fortune has often been paved with headaches, hang-ups and setbacks.?

But today it is ready to launch its own brand name - UNIGOAL. And finally it seems that the vision that it started with, has started to finally bear fruits.

There is a lot of hard work ahead and there will be many bumps in the road to face in order to become a successful business but we believe Only on the hard path can you actualize your potential, grow, mature, have peak human experiences and enjoy epiphanies.?

Realizing the path to success was not easy but it was the process which was tiresome, persistent and fun, which when executed well, would help millions of children to get one stop place for all their needs and this sight was the reason which gave the entire team sleepless nights.
