The Road to Success is Not a Straight Line

If today feels a bit heavier than it did yesterday, it's OK. I get that. I think anyone that is going after a major goal or dream will "get that." Not every day will feel light and easy. Not every day will everything go just your way. That's OK. It's not supposed to.
Some days, will be a bit harder than others. That is life. That is the windy road or path to Success. It is not a straight line. On our way to Success, remember to soak it all in, and embrace all of the challenges you face, and learn from them. You will stumble, you may even fall....but - close your eyes, and pretend you are in your "happy" place, and be grateful for all the setbacks and moments you had that were hard, because every single one of them made you grow and develop as a person and in whatever journey you are on.
Just remember, that at the end of the day, we are all just out there, trying to find the version of our best selves. We find this, through all the messy guck, and trials & tribulations, low moments, as well as the amazing highs.
So remember also, to have patience. As Gary Vaynerchuk wisely said, "The bigger the ambition, the slower you need to go" and that is so very true. The number 1 reason most people don't go as far as they can in life, whether that is personally or professionally, is because they lack patience. Good things take time. Enjoy your journey, and learn as much as you can along the way.
It's really easy to get caught up with how far others how, or how they are doing, but we only see what people are willing to share online. We ALL face our own struggles, we just don't ALL see one anothers. The fact is, when we hit our lows, when we are faced with trials, that is when we grow the most. So with that, also be kind to others. It costs us nothing to do so.

So if you are having a tougher day today, it is OK. It will be a better, brighter day tomorrow. Don't lose sight of your goal. Keep your eye on the prize. Keep getting after it!
