There's More to the Story...

Scenes become obscene when we obsess over the present because of not understanding the testament truth is writing in our lives.

People aren’t lost just because we say they are. They aren’t hopeless just because they lose focus temporarily. Despite these, they can change their scenes when they decide too. It doesn’t matter how far they’ve fallen or how often. Will and grace can yet erase what they used to be.

If we understood this, we wouldn’t diss them or deceive ourselves, judging prematurely as if we are the grand jury over all. Examples abound, yet they won’t be found as long as we embrace the conceit that claims more than it should.

Mothers know this, else they wouldn’t risk the rigors of birth and a faith that hurts to have when children choose painful paths. Yet to their credit their hope isn’t dependent on this, but rather on what love is. We could do the same if we would refrain from condemning.

We choose instead to save face and deny grace a chance to work for others as it has worked for us though we acknowledge it not. In this regard, many of us are too concerned with saving face and avoiding loss, life aside. We justify ourselves by highlighting the fails among us.

Yet fails don’t prove what we claim but rather only what we aim to avoid concerning ourselves. Else we would embrace the person over the predictor their behavior presents. Doing so is truly the road less-traveled. It’s far easier, in fact, to watch others unravel then gabble that we knew better. Even then, there's more to the story...
