The Road to Launch
At a recent meeting, when asked about how best to embark on launching a brand-new apprenticeship development project; SR Apprenticeships were able to provide tried and tested support materials, from pre-engagement to enrolment. Not only did this help to navigate the Employer’s internal journey, bringing the plans to fruition, it also demonstrated support across all key stakeholder groups, all delivered in line with agreed timeframes.?
Through each employer engagement, where required, I offer support through my experience, regarding the implementation of apprenticeships within their business. Something that I promote collaboration on. Working?with each individual Employer allows us to deliver tangible results, and supports developing the positive culture of work-based learning and the success of employee development through apprenticeships.
The ‘Road to Launch’ typically comprises of, but is not limited to Colleague briefings, Learner and Line Managers Awareness Sessions; exploring the programme in further detail, based on the agreed bespoke delivery plan. Q&A sessions, eligibility screening & IAG interviews.
Prior to any learner starting on an apprenticeship programme, we implement a structured, 3 stage pre-enrolment process to ensure the right learner is on the right programme, for the right reasons.
Further to the enrolment of apprentices, SR has designed a specific Line Manager support package, to enable managers to positively guide their apprentices through their programme, and ensure accountability for all parties. Live and up to date access to the guidance is available through the Virtual Learning Environment for ease of continual referencing and future success.

2 年Always helpful if the right apprentice is on the right programme, at the right time, for the right reasons and with the right employer. A lot of ducks to get in a row ??
