Matt Cappy Studio

 Matt Cappy has been the Board Governor since 2003, The Recording Academy, Philadelphia Chapter. He is an incredible trumpet player who has recording credits with Michael Jackson, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild, Wyclef Jean, Floetry, Jaheim, Faith Evans and much more. Performed with many artists such as Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott, Smokey Robinson, Maxwell, The Roots, Kirk Franklin, Tony Bennett, Aretha Franklin, Bilal, Mos Def, Common, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu. 

 Today I photographed Matt in his studio space. He also played me his new record which is due out this summer! I cannot wait to own it on vinyl. Check him out at MattCappy.com
