CIO/CXO and digital transformation on the road from digital maturity to digital mastery. Any IT strategy that recommends transforming into an efficient BUT inflexible technology organization simply doesn’t make sense in today’s digital world. When it comes to transformation/modernization, old-shool CIOs/CXOs have been dragging their heels for years saying "It’s too expensive or too difficult". At some point, the risk of NOT transforming traditional IT surpasses the risks inherent in biting the bullet and moving forward with such transformation.
