On the road again with the Specialist Mortgage Show!
The first Specialist Mortgage Show kicked off earlier this month in Milton Keynes and proved very successful. We received very positive feedback from delegates and our guest speaker Robert Sinclair, Chief Executive of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) was received very well. He discussed a variety of issues including the recent ‘Dear CEO’ letter from the FCA to second charge lenders; the imminent arrival of GDPR; the new Senior Managers regime; and is the future a robot? Robert will return to our Manchester event on Thursday 16th August.
The next Specialist Mortgage Show will take place at Stoke Place in Slough on Thursday 19th April. Speakers here will include Adam Tyler, Executive Chairman of the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA), who will be discussing the recently launched organisation that has been created to provide individual support to Financial Brokers and Intermediaries of all types currently working in the specialist lending sector. Other speakers include Specialist Financial Services as well as lenders Affirmative, LendInvest, Masthaven, Together Money and United Trust Bank.
Attending the Specialist Mortgage Show will allow you to stay informed and compliant; learn more about GDPR, consumer credit (CONC), credit broking permissions, debt counselling and FCA regulation. The Mortgage Shows will also allow you to discover more about the lenders in your field and what they can do for you. We will also be running a one-to-one session at the end of each event, so you can discuss specific cases and any enquiries which you may have. You will also earn a three-hour CPD Certificate which you can put towards your personal development.

6 年I really liked the event in Milton Keynes Tony. A good format that kept everything moving and really useful insights into the changes that we face. Would really recommend going.
