A New Year's resolution most people can get behind is to travel more. After all, everyone could benefit from a bit more face time and a bit less screen time!

In that spirit, nothing marks the beginning of the new year and the retail conference season quite like The NRF Big Show in New York. It was so rejuvenating this week to attend NRF and, catch up with old friends and make so many new ones. I'm thrilled to see that the interest in AI is only getting hotter and hotter, and that leading retailers and their partners are turning to Lily AI
