The Road To $1MM

Recently, one of our clients hit the $1,000,000 revenue mark with her online-based business and I want to give you our perspective on what it takes to get there.

As you can see from the header picture, the road to $1M was NOT an overnight success nor was it a straight and linear path.

But what it does take can be summarized in just 3 points below:

Dedication:

The amount of time and energy that this amazing client spent over the years pouring into her audience was immense. Thousands of YT videos, FB Lives, stories and posts all with one goal: to HELP others. She was dedicated to building up her own tribe of super fans that would buy anything.

Why?

Because they know she actually cares.

Foundation:

Going off of the previous point, it takes a strong foundation to hit the coveted million dollar mark. What this means is that you need to prioritize your:

- Clarity, vision, and WHY.

- Build your audience.

- Get them on your email list.

- Create rock solid foundational offers for them to buy.

The foundation is what sets the winners apart. It's what creates the flywheel momentum that you can then use to really grow an online business.

Clarity -> Audience -> Emails -> Buyers.

Leverage:

"No man is an island." And that rings true with any online business too...no business should be isolated, acting as one. Our client understood that she was GREAT at building rapport with her audience incredibly fast. But she lacked in areas that would get her to the $1M mark (setting up and handling the marketing & tech).

I would encourage you to think about the ways you can LEVERAGE what other people are great at. Joint ventures, affiliate relationships, profit shares, trades and barters are all examples of ways to find the right people without cash upfront.

All in all, it was her determination to show up every day for her people, provide the BEST training and information that she could possibly give, and trust the process...that allowed her to hit the big "M" in Stripe.

It truly IS a marathon and not a sprint. ??
