In the past quarter, we accomplished the meticulous design and fulfilment of 39 kitchens in a span of 60 days across covering locations like Chandigarh, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. Spanning a diverse range of cuisines. European, Italian, South Indian, Continental, North Indian, Chinese, and Korean cuisines have all found their place in our design portfolio.
From Cafes to Fine dine, Cloud Kitchens to QSR, Multiplex to Bars. with collaborations with an illustrious lineup of brands, spanning the entire gastronomic spectrum. Reducing kitchen size by approximately 47% and streamlining manpower requirements by around 34%, all based on real-time operational scenarios.
