Opening its doors on 20th May, Riverside East, a unique and dynamic destination will boast an inclusive and exciting programme of activities and activations whilst collaborating with local and independent businesses.
Riverside East's 300-cover Café will be a beacon of culinary innovation. The ethos of the new venue will focus on plant-forward, hyper-seasonal dishes that prioritize sustainability – low-waste and low-carbon, through partnerships with suppliers like Wildfarmed and Sitopia Farm .
Under the culinary direction of Jamie Duvale , former Head Chef at The Ramsey Group, Riverside East will introduce the Riverside Weekend Brunch in June—a delectable addition to its offerings. Alongside the Café, guests will be able to enjoy The Terrace, set to become the perfect summer drinks spot with panoramic views of East London.
The Yard, a 1000-cover outdoor area, will feature London's finest street food and artisanal traders through rotating pop-ups and host lively markets and outdoor screenings of summer sporting events.
In addition to its culinary offerings, Riverside East will host a diverse programme of events for all; locals, families, foodies and students, encompassing art, music and sport, working with local businesses wherever possible. The venue will also be flexing its late license; with evenings packed full of back-to-back DJ sets and energetic events, into the night.

A space in collaboration with popular brand Slow Motion Wellness, is set to open in the coming months; offering visitors a form of escapism and relaxation through a variety of classes and a wild sauna.
Committed to sustainability, Riverside East will be fitted out using eco-friendly materials and practices, ensuring a space that is both stylish and environmentally conscious. From recycled wood tables to natural straw pendant lighting, every aspect of the design reflects a commitment to a greener future. The Terrace roof garden will cultivate seasonal herbs for use in the menu, further emphasizing the venue's dedication to eco-conscious practices.
