MY PARTNER IS direct to the owners of the Ritz Carltons (There is one in Battery Park and there is one in Central Park ) He is going to Europe to close on some deals and will be back Monday. The one in Battery park is being offered at 150MM+ 2 points from the buyer. The one in Central Park they are still negotiating the price and as soon as I find out what that one is going for I will let you know. It is considerably more than the Battery Park due to its prime location. The person that I am dealing with is direct to the owner and he will be willing to submit a full offering memorandum once I can get POF's (Proof of Funds), LOI (Letter of intent) and BIO.
