Reading about a couple of individuals has made me realize that greatness does not come easy. Character, Conviction, Consistency, and Courage are some of the qualities in some of these respected icons. It is not about doing something great momentarily, but the ability to stay committed to doing something and never quitting.
The internet is filled with a lot of imposters trying to portray who they are not. Not trying to conclude or judge anyone, but the truth is before you commit yourself to someone, at least the person should pass the ritual of time, character, and consistency. Not everybody may become a superstar, but becoming a superstar does not necessarily guarantee that you would make positive impacts.
It is therefore important to teach and enculture discipline in our children, colleagues, and friends, no one becomes great suddenly. It takes patience, practice and practice. Jim Kwik once shared in a post "The difference between a master and a beginner is that a master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried" As a beginner, I will like to hear your thoughts in the comment session.
