We're offering 10 hours pro bono for an urgent diagnostic and plan to help you survive April and beyond

Decision-makers for all types of enterprises may be seeking guidance and support right now to navigate the crisis, and not only survive it but come out stronger. When we're under extreme pressure, there may be a tendency to toward tunnel vision and an instinctive focus on cutting costs, without balancing short and long term risks and goals.

That's why, along with a group of experienced fellow consultants local to the San Francisco Bay Area, greater New York City, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities, I want to share that we're offering our experience pro bono in strategic social and environmental accounting and management, including supply chain and human capital management strategies, to support local business leaders in the way we do best.

What we can do for you: We're offering 10 companies up to 10 hours of pro bono consulting. Together we will think through the complexities you face right now, and prioritize your actions. The result of this time will be a triage plan for how to reduce the pain and risk to you, your employees, your suppliers, your customers and your community while managing through this crisis. You will feel more sure you’re doing the right thing. 

Who we are:

We’re local consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Twin Cities, Milwaukee, and the Greater New York area, with an average of 20 years' experience assessing social and environmental impact, and managing it strategically. The COVID-19 crisis affects us all. We’ve committed to provide up to at least $50,000 worth of total services at no cost to up to 10 businesses or organizations that would like to better understand their specific, material social and environmental risks and opportunities, and develop a strategic outline and action plan where appropriate, to get through this crisis and emerge more resilient.
