#Pretending?( behave so as to make it appear that something is the case when in fact it is not?) to be happy is one of the problem is not much highlighted in this age of social media (Facebook, Instagram and …… others.?)?It’s looks-like, we are in competition to show other that we are happy !?We are getting habituated by making others jealous, but to make it happen, what we are doing we are pretending, expressive but fake.. unfortunately..?and it might impact your mental health, even it might be reason of unhappiness .. be careful, be original, be truly expressive .. when required..?and you are not professional actor or actress. Everyday you can not pretend....

You don’t need to give them your life story but if you aren’t “fine”, say so.?You need not to say “I am fine " always, If the person doesn’t really want to know the answer, they shouldn’t ask you.??
?Remember even in the worst day there are people, who genuinely?likes you, love you, they will understand you ...... and support you too.
believe me, there's always new euphony waiting for you, something you haven't yet seen or listened to before,?that might mesmerize your mind in the best possible way. Who knows, It might heal the situation.
