Risked based thinking has been the big conversation point of the revisions of ISO 9001:2015.  As I have worked on obtaining a certificate for Certified Enterprise Risk Management, I realize that Risk Based Thinking is not so hairy scary as a lot of individuals and companies are making it out to be.

The process is a top down business management model that every entity already has in some format or the other.  I have learned the formal tools of risk management framework; and I have learned the less form tools.

I'd love to discuss these tools and where your company is at; and where you will need to be for certification to ISO 9001:2015.

My question - what are you greatest concerns and or biggest questions about risk based thinking?  Let's start a conversation.
