I think a priority step in building an innovative team of workers and leaders is to unlock the permanent beta and create an environment that individuals aren't afraid to fail in. In new hires in particular, this is extremely important. I think with the new generation of entry level workers, they are afraid of thinking critically or "outside the box" due possible judgement and negative criticism. (you could say social media is probably a big reason for this.)
