Rising from the Ashes

He was experienced ‘Human Resources’ professional, He had dedicated his life to help people, to find their dream careers & help Businesses on HR Front. He spent countless hours mentoring, guiding, advising individuals on career planning & social cause. He was the one who was handling “COVID-19 War Room” for his organization & some social cause in COVID. And his professional & social work had touched the lives of many.

In April-2021, when the #covid -19 pandemic was at its peak, He himself got infected with COVID-19 & was hospitalized. His condition quickly worsened, & he slipped into a coma, He was hospitalized for months, his family, friends & colleagues watched him fought for his life, unsure if he would ever wake up. Doctors had predicted the possibility of Life Time Coma, Brain Hemorrhage, #paralysis. When he got discharge from Hospital; It was a Miracle. He had lost his memory and no one was knowing, “When his memory will restore?”.

But his willpower to survive was strong... He slowly began to regain consciousness, got his memory back, and despite of the challenges that lay ahead. He was determined to get back to his work. The journey was not easy. He had to relearn basic skills like walking, speaking, and his memory was hazy.

However, He refused to give up. He began working with a physical, neurological therapist and slowly regained his memory & physical strength. He also worked with a speech therapist to regain his ability to speak clearly... But perhaps the most challenging part of his recovery was rebuilding his confidence...

His experience had taught him that life can be unpredictable, and that the unexpected can happen to anyone. He refused to let his setback define him. Instead, he focused on his passion for helping people find their dream careers.

On family front, his mother had a heart attack in Aug-2022; He got her operated but destiny had another plan; He lost his mother in Sep-2022. Grief of his mother broken him emotionally. However now he need to be stay more stronger… being only son, he has to take care of his family.

Slowly but surely, He began to take on normal Life, his strength and confidence. He was able to take on more. His colleagues were amazed by his resilience & his ability to empathize with his struggles.

His journey had taught him that setbacks can be overcome with determination & hard work. He had learned to appreciate every moment of his life & to never take anything for granted. He knew that the work he was doing was more than just a job - it was his calling.

And so, as he continued to help people find their dream careers & regaining the full strength the way he used to have earlier. He had faced his darkest hours & emerged more strongly, more resilient than ever before. He is still walking through his life, his journey was a testament of the human spirit and the importance of never giving up on our passion & responsibilities.

COVID-19 taught very important lesson to me - value of health, develop people bonding, be adaptability & resilience. We can emerge from this experience stronger and more prepared to face the challenges of the future.
