1 年I would only partially agree if you had written senior mangers, leaders aren’t necessarily senior, they can be anywhere within a heirarchy. But, don’t spend too much time stuck in strategy, they’re your best guess on how to meet the vision and should be done once, then spending the next 3-5 years on execution.

1 年My favorite quote in this article, "It’s the equivalent of a driver being able to see a bend in the road from a distance and making the necessary adjustments well in advance, as opposed to swerving at the last minute." To me, that paints a clear picture of why a strategic view is more appropriate for leaders who must navigate through the storms while staying on course toward corporate goals. Thanks Jim!
