Risen Energy's Nanbin Base Dispatches First Batch of Groundbreaking Hyper-ion HJT Modules
On September 4th, the first batch of Hyper-ion HJT modules from Risen Energy’s Nanbin Production Base were successfully shipped. It is less than a month after the first Hyper-ion modules rolled off the production line on August 13th.
As a revolutionary?product based on the 210 + n-type HJT technology,?Hyper-ion series products boasts high power and efficiency, while effectively controlling the cost through adoption of ultra-thin silicon wafers, low-silver paste and other technologies. With advancement of mass production, it is rapidly meeting the market?demand for high-efficiency n-type modules. Low carbon is one of the major advantages of Hyper-ion?modules, which have a carbon footprint below 400kg eq CO2/kWc through a combination of low carbon cell technology, low carbon manufacturing process ?and low carbon frame materials, making them an ideal choice for meeting diverse requirements including high efficiency, low carbon, and low LCOE.
At present, Risen Energy has comprehensively mastered four industry-leading?technologies: own patented 0BB solar cell, 210 ultra-thin silicon wafers, silver consumption?less?than?10mg/W, and Hyper -Link stress-free interconnection technology. With the steady operation of the exclusive production line in Nanbin base, the mass production process of Hyper-ion modules continues to accelerate.
