As a Carolina Retail Expert, a really fun part of my job is staying on top of the latest trends and developments in the retail industry, particularly in urban areas. One area that has seen significant growth in recent years is high-street retail corridors, such as those found in Charleston, SC.

Charleston and other high-street retail corridors have unique characteristics that set them apart from traditional shopping centers or strip malls. These areas typically feature a mix of local and national retailers, restaurants, and other businesses, all situated along a bustling street or avenue.
