Great read Jaimé Turner! Realizing the importance of a solid morning routine improved my life more than I thought possible and quicker than I thought possible. If I were to try and add to this, I would add "making your bed". It may sound like a mundane activity to many but what I have found is that it activates the part of your brain that enjoys feeling accomplished. It's like: Task 1: Complete ?
