Job Titles are Dead. Yup. I said it.

Job Titles are DEAD.

Yup. I said it.

They started their decline in the 90’s when large banks and brokerage firms made half their employees “Vice Presidents.”

Now with the information super highway, everyone is waking up a Founder, President, CEO and Ninja!

It’s not the JOB title that matters, it’s what YOU bring to the table.

Agree?????

Titles are important but not everything and they are not dead.? They should be considered during job negotiations re benefits, salary, etc.? What someone actually does at work matters more than their title.? Job titles are whatever a company makes of them? They will change as cultures within companies change.
