Rise Above

This time of year, as we celebrate Easter and Passover, as well as Spring, the collective feeling of hope and new beginnings extends positive energy to everyone. 

This past year the world has seen a lot of change. Of course, change happens all the time, but it appeared to be in bigger ways and what I suppose you may call more radical. Radical change can be invigorating… if you let it. Remember that nothing is either “good” or “bad” it just “is”, and you give it the meaning.

The beauty of knowing that at your core, you truly are a Divine being will help you keep things in perspective. As you experience changes in your life, remember that part of creation is growth, and in order to grow, things will have to change. 

Embrace the positive energy of this season and allow it with love…it will serve you well!

RISE ABOVE

There certainly are things I would go back and change…if I could.

Reality is, I cannot… but I can accept the truth that I did my best at that moment. At any given moment in time, we can only react to things with the knowledge we have right then and there.

Certainly, now that I am older and more experiences wiser… I could do better. 

But do I regret? 

No, because I have come to understand that it would not serve me or anyone else. Instead, I embrace the gift…

I realize the thing that I CAN do is to do better now, now that I KNOW better. 

I can choose to give radical love to those I encounter moving forward andin doing so, heal. I can heal all perceived wounds by remembering my Divinity, and when I do this, I help heal others because we are all part of the same energy. 

The past is merely my perception of it, and if someone, somehow believes that I harmed them, that is their perception of it. 

Had I known better, I would have done better.

I must consider that there are those I might feel I wronged, yet they never felt that way. Perhaps it helped to heal something within them because of me or my actions. 

How would I ever know?

There may be those that I thought I helped, but they harbor ill feelings toward me that I would never imagine. 

How would I ever know?

There are many things we may never know, and we do not need to because life really is just our own perception and perceptions can change. 

Our part in this life journey is to heal within. 

Once we do this, we will no longer place blame, or shame, or guilt on another… let alone ourselves. 

We will show up every day, the absolute best that we can. We will operate through the heart space, come from love, and see all through the eyes of love.

This is the gift of the resurrection. 

This is how we Rise Above.
