Inkers get contaminated after long production runs, which causes thick layers of ink build up. It's a nightmare to get inkers clean by using hand tools. This is a dirty job, not only for the operator but also for the environment.

For that reason Rosario Inker Service has added a user-friendly inker washer to its product line which makes cleaning so much easier. With a hoist an inker can be lifted on the drop doors from the inker washer, sliding it in on a rotating turning table.

Within the washer steam will build up. The temperature and the liquid substance create an ideal environment for removing the thick layers of inks. The washer can also be used for cleaning over varnish units or other spare parts. This washer will keep your inkers and washable products in an optimal condition!
