?? Deep Dive Meetups - From AAA to CCA

Our last series of meetups around the AAA framework were a great success! Dave’s last blog explored the 3A’s & more, building on this series where the Cynefin Co team and community explored these concepts individually. See the AAA Meetup Recordings ?(Members Only) or explore the Three As on the Cynefin wiki. Our next meetup series will unpack Constraints, Constructors and Actors in depth. Those exploring Estuarine Mapping will know that we have recently extended and field-tested new typologies and approaches to Constraints, Constructors and Actors. Join Dave and the team in June to July Meetups to explore these core concepts further, in theory and application.?

?? Cynefin EU Retreat: Mind, Body, World

Join us for this retreat as we explore those connections through faculty in medicine, neuroscience, and literature: how are our minds of our bodies? What does our cognition mean for our view of the world? What are the enabling constraints of the physical and mental worlds we inhabit? Register your interest and save the date https://thecynefin.co/product/cynefin-eu-retreat-mind-body-world/

?? Agile + Scrum.org Hexis launch & webinar

Following on the developments in Hexis and Rewilding Agile, this 30 April Scrum Pulse webinar, Scaling Complex Systems by Building on Agile Frameworks, brought together Dave Snowden and Nigel Thurlow to outline how the Hexi approach helps scale a complex adaptive system in context. ?? Our Thinking:? ? St David’s Day 5/5, the Seven Frameworks and a BHD… ?
