RIP Colin Bell dies: 'Man City legend could rival any of club's modern-day greats'.
Just heard of the passing of one of the footballing stars from my youth. I still see him in the red and black vertical stripe away shirts from the 1970's and was a true, but quiet, star of the truly great footballing era, for me anyway.

4 年I was there, a Red (covertly) on the Kippax, with my City supporting mate, the night Colin Bell broke his leg in a tackle with Martin Buchan. From what little I remember about him, he was as good as people said he was, and he always came across as a very decent man. Definitely the greatest City player of my childhood, and possibly beyond. Such a shame...
