As a seasoned writer and property pro with a background in behavioural therapy, I was curious to see how the cutting-edge user face of AI could up my game as a Buyer's Advocate.

Could it really catapult my business?

Could it super boost my psychological advantage?

Could I service my clients better than my competitors and help them find their dream homes?

And perhaps most importantly for me, could it improve the quality of my content?

Being a writer often means getting lost, tangled, and bogged down in words. Now, I'm exposed to this treasure chest of spangly toys, and whoa, in terms of content output, I've become more productive and prolific than ever. Third, I'm having a ball. It's fascinating, fun and fast. More importantly, my nine-year-old son is impressed! We get down and dirty with the two chatbots leading the pack, ChatGPT and its feisty competitor Claude. The mission, should we choose to accept it? Generate laser-focused results while keeping our unique voice and swagger intact.

First, we uncover the secret sauce ingredients. After just one hour of this mind-melting sorcery, I had my first delicious taste of what these cutting-edge innovations could whip up. For homework, it was time to get cracking on everyday tasks, cooking up a 5-minute motivational video powered by ChatGPT's wizardry and Elevenlabs' voice clone trickery.

But please don't think either bot did this on its own. Far from it. I've spent hours preparing a first draft and priming the bots, framing the topic, cross-referencing relevant authors and experts to provide a foundational framework and then feeding in my own content so they can communicate in my style and tone—or as close to it as they can get. So what's the point? The point is they took my first draft to a polished draft much faster than I could have.

Enter the next wave of magic, led by ChatGPT's brainpower and trusty sidekicks, "Hey Pi" and "Perplexity." Together with the communication super app "Pi," we're on a mission to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and create captivating content. I ask Pi, the thoughtful, caring virtual assistant, for an elevator pitch and here's what I get:

But in hindsight, I realise that during the learning phase, that's neither here nor there. The quality I'm getting and the fun I'm having makes it all worthwhile. Sparks are flying, and I'm loving every minute of it!

If someone had told me during this course that I would learn how to use AI better to understand people's emotions, needs, and experiences, I would have thought they were hallucinating.

With Mid Journey taking my old headshots and sprinkling stardust over them, I'm ready to conquer the real estate realm like never before!
