RIGHTEOUSNESS
Righteousness (—espa?ol abajo—-)
Romans 3:22 ...the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe:
Righteousness means the ability to stand freely, and with confidence in the presence of the Father God. It means being sure that we have the right to be there and to talk to Him. We have His rights (through His Son’s supreme sacrifice) to be asking God to give us what we need, and being sure He’s going to keep His promises that He has given us in the Bible. We already have EVERYTHING THAT GOD HAS PROMISED US IN THE BIBLE. We just have to be certain of our right to have all those things.
One doesn’t feel sure sometimes (even though that RIGHTEOUSNESS never comes and goes depending on our feelings nor actions). Although our righteousness is permanent, we may feel like it isn’t. we are remembering how we have hurt God by sinning and disobeying Him. God chooses to remember our sin no more but we keep reminding ourselves of our failures. Our fault, not God’s. God’s Word and His promises are permanent and stable even when we are unstable.
Faith in what God has done insinuates faith in God’s righteousness through our faith in Jesus. We are confident, certain that we have every right to approach God. We can’t have that kind of righteousness (faith that we have this right) if we feel guilty about all the sins we have committed. We all know that we (every single one of us) have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Our righteousness has nothing to do with what we have done, or didn’t do. It has everything to do with what Jesus has done. A lot of us condemn ourselves daily for things that God has already forgiven us for. We tend to limit ourselves when we pray. The devil whispers in our ear ‘You don’t deserve that! Remember what you did an hour ago?’ Then our faith goes out of us like a deflating balloon and we loose all hope. Faith is an expectant hope. Without expectancy we have no faith; The only way we can grasp onto our righteousness is through this expectant faith.
Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Reminding ourselves of our sins (that we have repented for and have been forgiven for), gives us an inferiority complex when we pray. We don’t feel righteous. Our lack of faith keeps us in spiritual and physical bondage. It keeps us sick, doubting and failing. Our witness is horrible and the enemy is elated. We FEEL unrighteous so we act unrighteously. Kind of like breaking a diet and gaining a pound. I say to myself, well I already broke the diet, might as well eat piece of cake, or three! What difference does it make?
The problem is that we forget this promise of righteousness in verses like these in Romans. We remember our sin, and feel like we are unworthy of God’s goodness. That happens to me all the time. The desire to get rid of the memory of our sins has given birth to all the major religions of the world. We are all born with a sin nature and an awareness of sin. Everyone knows the difference between good and bad, and that they have all been bad (sinned). They would know this even if they never met another human being in their lives, their inner spirit knows. Mankind since the history of the world knows that there is a god and they want to appease him.
The Only One and True God has dealt with the sin problem once and for all, in His Son. He has removed our sin by the sacrifice of that Son. He has made it possible, legally, for man who is spiritually dead, to become a new man by receiving the very nature of God. This nature of God is Righteousness. This man has become righteousness (through Jesus).
When we know that Jesus died for our sins according to Scripture, that the third day He arose again from the dead after He had replaced our sin away as our substitute; when we know that and take Him as our Saviour and confess Him as our Lord, that moment we become righteous, forever.
2 Cor. 5:21 "Him who knew no sin God made to become sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him."
Many Christians accept the Lord and know they are going to heaven. Like a race horse coming out of the starting gate, they happily and noisily bust out at a full gallop. Then, for no reason, they just stop after a few steps. They’re saved. They find a church that tells them every Sunday that they are going to heaven. Righteousness means more than that however. It means that you have a right to all the things of God in this life as well, instead of living in this world as failures, just not sinning and barely getting by. Many Christians resign themselves to the fact that they won’t have anything good until they die and go to heaven. That is a lie. We HAVE become the righteous in God’s eyes the MOMENT WHEN WE FIRST BELIEVED. This righteousness is not an experience, although it causes many marvelous experiences. It is the nature of the Father imparted to us.
In English gramática, we HAVE righteousness. This is Past Perfect Tense and on going present and future tenses! It’s been done already, happening now and will go on forever! We are to take our righteousness that was won for us 2000 years ago and run with it.
This is what we are trying to teach the children at Pureheart Pre-k, our feeding centers and EVERYONE we get to come into contact with in our travels as missionaries.

Justicia
Romanos 3:23 Porque todos pecaron, y están destituidos de la gloria de Dios;
Nuestra justicia no tiene nada que ver con lo que hemos hecho o no hicimos. Tiene todo que ver con lo que Jesús ha hecho. Muchos de nosotros nos condenamos diariamente por cosas que Dios nos ha perdonado. Tendemos a limitarnos cuando oramos. Es como si el diablo nos estuviera susurrando al oído ‘?No te lo mereces! ?Recuerdas lo que hiciste hace una hora? Cuando esté pasa, nuestra fe se desvanece como un globo desinflado y perdemos toda esperanza. La fe es una esperanza expectante, sin esperanza no tienes fe;
