The Right and Wrong Way to Represent Israel

The Right and Wrong Way to Represent Israel

This man Shai Davidai is a bully, and is once again using his platform to bash our Prime Minister . He's bullying this reporter with his warped perspective of this situation. The protests in Tel Aviv that him and his gang of anti-government academics and other leaders initiated throughout 2022, have everything to do with Hersh being executed. I will explain. But first, watch his latest clip speaking to CBS - notice his threatening attitude and body language. Is this the kind of role model we want teaching our kids? I don't think so .....

After I added my comment even my best friend wrote to me saying - you don't like Shai? How is that possible he's the only sane voice out there. All these Moms adore Shai. And I really understand why - he's a very passionate and compelling speaker.

Before I explain why I'm posting about Shai Davidai again today despite the massive backlash from all his fans here last time - here is a phenomenal example of the right way to represent Israel - watch Douglas Murray explain the complexity of the situation to Piers Morgan :

The Explanation

Okay - I'm part of the huge MACA Facebook group - Mothers Against Campus Antisemitism . They formed this group of 60K Moms to keep their kids safe when all hell broke loose in October and their kids couldn't walk through campus like before.

Long story short - one of the main people there is leaving to join Shai Davidai and his wife who are setting up a movement in support of Hersh's mom and other bereaved mothers. There is a whole long thread wishing her well because she really is a rockstar and held the group together.

How ironic it is that mothers love him so much because it's him and the group of self-hating Jewish academics who started the cycle of hate - that eventually led to the attack on October 7th.

I was going to keep scrolling, but decided I had to comment, and it went something like this: How ironic it is that mothers love him so much because it's him and the group of self-hating Jewish academics who started the cycle of hate - that eventually led to the attack on October 7th. Because they did succeed in dividing the country in a very significant way - some of them have even come forward and admitted that their behavior led to the events of October 7th. This is the same group who tried to prevent Netanyahu being received in Congress in September 2023 - 1500 of them signed a letter . But Shai actually started before in July.

Here is my previous post about Shai https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/our-trojan-horse-josia-nakash-a8kvf/ - containing a link to the Hebrew clip showing the letters he wrote.

After I added my comment in the MACA group even my best friend wrote to me saying - you don't like Shai? How is that possible he's the only sane voice out there. All these Moms adore Shai. And I really understand why - he's a very passionate and compelling speaker.

But if they really want to keep their kids on campus safe - they need to understand how all this hate started. How it escalated here and directly impacted Jews in the US after October 7th.

Why do I want them to understand? Because a few months into the war they reset their strategy to topple Bibi - we all heard the clip with Ehud Barak talking about it. To not stand out as much as before but to use the families of the hostages.

Why is it worse this time? Because they're doing it in the middle of a war - it's much uglier than before especially since we're losing so many beautiful young soldiers every day here. And the greater the lack of unity in Israel - the more this endangers Jews all over the world. We can see this escalating every day now.

I hope if you got this far you'll go back to Shai's clip and hear him saying - "How are the protests in Tel Aviv relevant to an American being executed?"

It's actually a very relevant and legit question - he just doesn't want to answer it because deep down he knows he's on the wrong side of history. Maybe thousands of Jews adore him and think he speaks for them, and I don't blame them. But time will tell ...

I'm happy to see that some people get it - one of the mothers called my comment "the inconvenient truth" which is exactly what it is - here is her reply to my comments:

Josia Nakash Unconditional support of Israel by every Jew at all times everywhere is the key to our strength, unity and survival. Thank you for pointing out the inconvenient truth.

Never was a fan. His first videos on campus were so perfomative, and his new atheism campaign is the last thing we need now.
