The Right Way To Set Goals
Setting Individual and Group Goals
Life is about setting goals and making the suitable choices to achieve them. I wish someone had explained all this to me when I was younger. It's something so many young people struggle with and there are easy ways to figure it out. But apart from finding the right direction for our career, this is also about the right way to get things done together.
Key elements for success before setting a goal are properly evaluating the conditions at our disposal and our teamwork capabilities. ?
When we connect with each other, a common mind, a common feeling, emerges between us, and from that, we address the challenge before us.
When I define a goal for myself, I should check if it is even within my reach. Do I possess the drive and necessary skills to achieve it? For example, I hate math so for sure writing code isn't for me. Just because being a high-tech programmer is in great demand doesn't mean it's for everyone.?
Once we decide on a direction that appeals to us personally, we need to find an environment of people who are already working in that field and see what their day looks like. Also what their lives outside work are like: their family life, and what they do in their time off. Doing this simple thing may lead us to disqualify certain career paths in advance, saving time, resources, and false hope.?
The most important element for team success is the level of mutual connectedness that exists within the group.?
Groups or work teams that share a common goal should also find successful examples in their field and follow them as much as possible. When it comes down to it, the most important element for team success is the level of mutual connectedness that exists within the group.?
Naturally each individual in the group or team thinks about their personal interests, their personal performance, and their future promotion. In this case, the degree of group togetherness is low even if everyone contributes and cooperates.

In today's world it's really worth learning to build a team correctly, and I believe this will soon become the most in demand skill.
A group, by the highest definition, means that we are all together, feeling connected and functioning like different parts of a system. Each helps the other and understands the other even without talking. Why? Due to the common desire to create harmony and achieve results on a completely different level, out of the understanding that great results cannot be achieved alone.??In this kind of team you'll find that success is limitless.?
The power of a group is forged when before tackling a task we set the overarching goal of being connected to each other in the most optimal manner. When we connect with each other, a common mind, a common feeling, emerges between us, and from that, we address the challenge before us. Without connection, it is impossible to take a step forward.?
The emotional intelligence of the group will be of a higher level than those of any individual, no matter how smart and talented anyone on the team is.
This group is not a collection of individuals, neither is it the sum of all our abilities as individuals. We've actually formed a new entity for bringing the collective into a deep connection between us. The emotional intelligence of the group will be of a higher level than those of any individual, no matter how smart and talented anyone on the team is.
Evolution has worked this way since its beginning, we simply forgot and now have to remember. Nature's formula for promoting the development of life is to always create more advanced connections between its different elements.?
If we as the most intelligent creatures here, take up this trend and learn the method of proper connection between people, we will find that this will elevate us as a human species to the next stage of our evolution. In this way, we will adapt to the movement of the general force of nature and achieve the maximum possible results in any area of our lives.
As I said earlier - this will soon be the most in demand skill in the world.
