Right thought is mastery

We can say that mastery or control over the mind are actually quite misleading terms. Mind has been our master for a millennia and it has more tricks up its sleeve than we can imagine. We are so much identified with the mind as Me, that it is tough to maintain a distance between us, as a witnessing consciousness, and our thoughts. Mind can only be cajoled and understood by the intellect. Mind shall always welcome a dialogue with our intellect, if we regularly practice this interaction. Mind has to be treated with love and understanding to win it over.

If you want to harness the deep potential of your mind, you need to master your feelings. Mind is very sensitive to feelings or we can say that initially mind neither has awareness about its cognitive powers nor it can unlock its latent cognitive powers. Mind follows feelings. Whatever you strongly feel, mind takes that truth and through brain builds the same physiology. Physiology is what we perceive as reality.

But never allow your feeling to be overpowered by events and experiences in external world. The tool to control your feelings is awareness. Awareness could help a lot in activating and connecting neural circuits deep within the brain. Once a significant part of your brain is activated and neurally connected, then one can reasonably handle most of challenging events and experiences in one’s life. Then, mind becomes highly awakened about its cognitive, emotional and physical strengths.

When you become aware of your awareness, meaning be aware of where your focus is in every moment. Do this every moment of every day and you will very soon master your mind. Remember though that everything you learn is either a ‘knowledge’ or a ‘skill’. for knowledge you just memorize and recall it. For a skill, you keep practicing it to learn it (like table tennis). This is a skill! The longer you practice, the better you become.

Learn to live in present moment mindfully and ask your self “What I am doing now”. Even don’t overthink . Remain thought- free and keep yourself busy and goal oriented. Always be happy, positive and inspired and also be mindful and meditate regularly. Always be curious and get out of your comfort zone. Try to be grateful for all the things you take for granted. Help other people. You are one with your own mind by deep identification.You have become your own mind,it means,you-consciousness has an illusory belief that he is mind-psychic energy.

Therefore, as a result,your thoughts are not under your control.In spite of your yes or no,thoughts come to you,you are compelled to think and neither you are able to stop them at your will in order to be master of your own mind,first step is to separate yourself from mind,by seeing,to be stood at distance and be witness to mind. As you are,in presence of your available consciousness,you are partially aware to your physical body.If you practice body awareness,by paying your mechanically outgoing attention at your physical body from within-specially at chosen area like between eyebrows,umbilical area,at will with deliberation,than slowly, it will slowly raise your body awareness.
