In early June, Right To Play USA board member and Ambassador, Allyson Felix , returned to Mozambique to see?our programs in action and learn more about the?work that?has taken place since her last visit?in 2015. Allyson is a?passionate advocate for girls' empowerment and equal access to education, so a highlight of the trip was spending time at?a rural school, where she shared her story with?teenage girls and participated in a lively Q and A.?

The US Embassy in Mozambique hosted a reception?in?honor of Allyson?and the visiting Right To Play team, which created?a great opportunity to?deepen?our?relationship with the US Ambassador to Mozambique.

We were absolutely thrilled to announce a monumental investment from?#startsmall, Jack Dorsey’s philanthropic initiative. Thanks to this generous grant of $1 million, we are able to take our girls' health and education programs to new heights! This transformational gift will be dedicated to funding Right To Play's global girls' education initiatives. With this support, we will positively impact the lives of over 2.7 million children in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.?

Some of our amazing supporters chose to run the TCS New York City Marathon to raise funds for Right To Play USA again this year! Together, Team RTP created a lasting impact and helped create a brighter future for so many children worldwide. We are grateful to these marathon runners for joining us in this remarkable journey!?

On May 4th Right To Play USA was honored to serve as the exclusive charity partner for the prestigious Family Wealth Report Awards.
