A large can of beer in the convivence store is worth about $2.50. The same can in a local restaurant or bar $5-$8. At a professional sporting event or concert, you may be charged $10-$15. Not a beer drinker? Then how about a mixed drink like goose and juice. At home it may cost you about $2 a drink At a local restaurant or bar $8-$15 a drink. At a professional sporting event or concert, you may pay $15-$20 a drink.
Each place gives a different value to the same product. The can of beer, the mixed drink and the brand are the same, the only thing that changes is the place. When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there. Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve.
Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth. Don't settle for less!

Or it can be it a new lease on life by going to a team that embraces diversity in thought, collaboration and is transformational in their vision. An environment that recognizes your skills and places you in a position to succeed. Not saying anything everyone already knows, but certainly you need to value yourself to be in a place to help the company, customers and co-workers.
