IN ALSTON v. VAZQUEZ, 42 FLW D2021a (Fla. 5th DCA) in case no. 5D16-3917 in an opinion filed on September 18, 2017, final judgment affirmed on all grounds with exception of remand with instructions for the trial court to enter an amended final judgment containing that condition for the right to claim their child as a dependent for tax purposes conditioned on being current with child support payments.
