RIGHT ATTITUDE SUSTAINS PERSONAL GROWTH

People are capable of growing, learning and improving throughout their entire lives, and the ability to do so has an impact on many areas. Personal growth is necessary both in the workplace and in relationships. There are various components of personal development, including responsibility, learning, behavior and attitude. Striving to improve these areas will lead to greater opportunities in the workplace and healthy relationships. Let us see how attitude sustains personal growth.

Your attitude is a habit. Living the life of your dreams starts with getting into a habit of being positive in how you think, talk, and act.

Positive Thoughts + Positive Feelings = Positive Actions

You will achieve the life you’ve imagined, beginning with your thoughts. People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Recognize some of the relationships you’ve had only last for a specific time. Let go of your detractors and surround yourself with people who are going to lift you higher. Find people who stimulate you, educate you and challenge you! Engage in positive relationships and find people who will support you, as you discover your calling in life, and then, pursue it passionately.

On Dreams: Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears. Stop saying “I Can’t!” You can! Success requires action! You have to believe you could and go after your dreams. Going after your dreams is tough. You’ll have to get out of your comfort zone. Einstein told, “Your imagination is your preview of life’s coming attractions.” A visionary is a person who has one foot in the present and one in the future at the same time. In other words, they can be realistic about their current circumstances while still imagining what their destiny could be.

On Time: Lost time is never found again. Time is like money- you spend it on your priorities. The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. Successful people realize the value of time. They understand time is all you really have, and they make the most of it. Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Pasteur, Mother Teresa, and Albert Einstein. We’re all given the same amount of time. The difference is these people decided to seize the moments they were given and do something great!

Get Past Your Past: Leave the past. Engage the present. Create the future. Finish every day and be done with it. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and with too high a spirit to be spoiled by memories of old nonsense. The new day is all that is good and fair. It is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on yesterdays.

Just Smile: Life isn’t fair. Not even close. It’s hard. Keep smiling. A smile relaxes you and helps to find a place where you can deal positively. Smiling changes more than just your attitude. You get healthier and live longer. Smile! It increases your face value. Wake up every morning and say. “Okay life, what interesting opportunities do you have for me today?” Smile even during adversity - as long as you are smiling, you still have hope.

Act in Faith: A man of courage is also full of faith. Faith is an action. Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step. A thousand miles journey also starts with single step. Faith is an integral part of your attitude-you can’t see it or touch it, but you can see its effect. You can also see its absence. People won’t have faith in you until you have faith in yourself. List all the things you’ve ever done that you were proud of or happy about. Reflect on this list when you doubt yourself. Fear and doubt keep the doors of life closed. Faith is what kicks those doors open.

The first wealth is health. A healthy attitude and healthy body go hand in hand. Exercise improves your mood, and lowers stress levels. People with a positive self-image are more likely to eat right and exercise.

Make Money, Do Good: If a person gets his attitude toward money straight, it will help straighten out almost every other area in his life. Do you think money is evil? No, love of money is the root of all evil. Your attitude toward money is the problem-not money itself. Any fool can make money. It’s the wise man who holds on to it. Success is being able to do what you love and get paid for it. People who are more interested in the work, than in the money usually make more money. If you don’t love what you do, you’re not going to be any good at it. If you love what you do, you’ll be great at it. Use your money to do good for yourself and others.

Say Thank you: Of all the “attitudes” the attitude of gratitude is the most important. Do not just say “thanks”, you need to live gratefully-to take the focus off of your own life and thank other people for what they’re doing with their life. By living gratefully, you can be someone’s miracle.

Make it happen!! Take responsibility to change your life for the better. Commit, sacrifice, and discipline yourself to making a positive change in your life. Invest in yourself through personal and formal education. It’s your decision. It’s your destiny!
