On the normal market you build a digital product, either self-funded or with some seed investment. Once the product is live, you need to get first users to test the technology, preferably on some small segment of the market. And once it is tested, it is time to add more investments for global expansion.
Because of the ICO hype of 2017 this paradigm is totally corrupted in the blockchain industry.
