Right against Layoffs!

Right against Layoffs!

I think this is the right time to ask for security against layoff! As elections approach, various groups voice their concerns and needs. While farmers, business owners, and communities rightfully assert their rights, it's time for the salaried class to articulate their demands too.

???Many political manifestos discuss government plans related to poverty alleviation, farmer welfare, nature preservation, and even parties guaranteeing financial support to every poor family.

In India, there's a big problem with Social Security, i.e., LAYOFFS, especially when people lose their jobs. Unlike some European countries that have strong laws to protect employees, India lacks rules in this area. Because of this, big foreign companies sometimes take advantage of the situation, and Indian employees end up suffering. ??

Here's what the salaried class should advocate for:

1?? Social Security Legislation: We require laws safeguarding employees from arbitrary layoffs and guaranteeing equitable severance packages, similar to those in European countries.

2?? Fair Employment Practices: Let's push for policies promoting fair treatment, pay equity, and improved working conditions across all sectors.

3?? Retirement Benefits: Just as the elderly deserve retirement benefits and free health check-ups, so do those who've tirelessly contributed to the workforce. Let's demand more robust pension plans and retirement benefits.

4?? Voice in Policy: It's time our voices are heard in policy formulation. We should demand representation and inclusion in decision-making processes affecting our livelihoods.

It's not about seeking preferential treatment; it's about claiming what rightfully belongs to us as contributing members of society.

Together, let's advocate for a more equitable and just system that caters to the needs of every citizen, including the salaried class.
