Riding The New Era Leadership Wave

For as long as I can recall, I've had a fascination with the power of Leadership's influence. What I've discovered is there is an underlying "energetic" influence emitted from well-known leaders throughout history. In these times, we are witnessing first-hand what has been my passions on the impact leadership has in our lives, businesses, and the communities we live and serve. 

These frequencies emitted are dependent on the "intention" of Leadership, or what I refer to as the Leadership Why. The energetic influence I refer to is not a who-woo thing, either!

Think back in your life; have you ever been influenced by someone such as a teacher, a mentor, or friend, and that experience and impact still reside inside you?

That's the energetic frequency at work!

Now, if you were to absorb this elevated frequency "consciously" in other areas of your life, you would be positioned to reflect and influence at deeper dimensions even more significantly. 

As I've become a leader of influence by expanding my Power Zone and it's dimensions, I've inspired others to evolve their Leadership Why to higher levels where they tune into the frequency of becoming the beautiful embodiment in all areas of their life. Here they can't help but illuminate all the energy --demonstrated by achieving the visions they never thought possible. 

I liken this to the phenomenon of conscious absorption and reflection from my forthcoming book, Leadership Why, similarly to that which takes place when ocean waves become colored by the sun. When we are in sunlight feeling it on our face, it's appearance looks golden, and in fact, art representing the sun has typically been painted this color. So one would say we're conditioned to see it as one dimensional.

Yet, the sun emits a multitude of colors, and when conditions align, the sun's rays can reflect off waves giving them a magnificent multidimensional electric glow. Just like in this video!

The critical point I want to make

This type of phenomenon is happening right NOW --as conditions are aligning for the New Era of Leaders to serve at higher levels of energy and frequency, meaning awareness and influence.

It doesn't matter if you're not ready, it's here! 

What matters is that you are open to evaluating the vibrational force already at work in your Leadership. Ask yourself...

• Are you unaware of the new levels and leadership beingness or can't see how this relates to you, your industry?
• Are you behind the wave paddling and trying to catch up with your conditioning (thoughts/behaviors/actions) as the momentum builds under you worried it might pass you by?
• Or are you aware of your frequency's power and perched ready and willing to learn how to ride the wave to become a force in the New Era of Leaders?

Being a born and raised California girl, I'm excited to put my surfing skills to the test and position myself (aka hang ten) to create a new trajectory in the sea of sameness!

Word of advice

If you're not feeling ready to Hang Ten, that's perfectly fine and probably more normal than you realize at this stage. Expect now more than ever to have to go inward to find the strength and confidence to build up your muscles to ride the wave. You'll need to find the right guide to help you expand beyond the concepts (frequencies) tuned into. That's a good thing! The right guides will be well versed in the new era experience and possess the ability to vibrationally challenge you to find the courage to accept the new era leadership calling. You'll know you've chosen well when the wave exhilarates you!
