How long have you been at Ridecell? 3 years (feels like 3 months!)

What advice would you have for future employees? My advice is to be honest with each individual you communicate with from the start of your time here. Additionally, feel free to share any thought or idea you have as it is welcomed with a great mindset.

How have you grown, either professionally and/or personally, since starting here? Professionally, I have grown from someone who looks at problems to now being able to create solutions to them. Being able to work with intelligent coworkers and having the freedom to grow has allowed for a boost in positivity outside the workplace into my personal life. My friends and family can attest to my growth in confidence and empathy since working at Ridecell.

How would you describe the company culture? The company culture is derived from the people working here, centered around individuals interacting with one another on a personal and professional sphere, as well as working on problems together to help everyone achieve their goals. If I could describe the culture here in an acronym, it would be HOT (Honesty, Openness & Temperament).

What makes Ridecell different from other companies? Nobody works here at Ridecell! Everyone is just trying to help Ridecell achieve its goals! The distinction between the two is a unique mentality that is a very crucial and positive aspect of our culture!

What’s your favorite part of working here? Everyday is an opportunity to make mistakes, grow, humble yourself, and do it again! Additionally, interacting with smart minded individuals is also a super cool part.

What gets you most excited about the company’s future? The products that we are building here will absolutely change the world!

How would you describe your team’s dynamic? Our team is filled with extremely talented and dedicated people who are emphatic and humble. We also have diversity within the skill sets across our team.
