?? Launching the RICS Disability Inclusion Framework to improve inclusion for members and employees
This week marked International Day of Persons with Disabilities. A truly inclusive culture ensures that everyone, regardless of their physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental health conditions, or chronic/long-term illness, can participate fully in their professional lives.
To outline our commitment of becoming a disability-inclusive workplace and professional body, we have launched a Disability Inclusion Framework. It sets out action in four areas: policies and procedures, recruitment and attraction, knowledge and leaning, and attitudes and behaviours.
Professional Group Panels - Driving change together
Discover how RICS’ member-led Professional Group Panels (PGPs) are driving change across key sectors. Collaborating with RICS on standards and policy, PGPs are working with RICS members to provide feedback and insights to influence decisions.

Following extensive consultation, RICS has updated the Red Book to ensure it remains relevant and fit for purpose.
