Proposed solutions included new public rental homes, powerful social housing organisations, and a coordinated new towns program.

The shortlist includes the winning regional projects recently announced at a series of events held across the UK in May and June. All shortlisted entries will go forth to compete at the national ceremony being held on 4 October 2024.
