RICS launches new guidance to supplement Rules of Conduct Rule 4
RICS is expanding the support available to members and firms to help shape a more inclusive profession.
The new guidance, named ‘Developing an Inclusive Culture’, has been written with the help of RICS members and DEI experts to reflect good practice that helps firms recruit and retain talent by creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
